Do I need a bank card for the trial?
No. After sign-up you use it free for 14 days. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.
How do I pay after the trial?
Pick a plan and transfer by bank. We turn it on after we see the payment.
Do guests need an app?
No. They open the shop link in the phone browser to order or book. The merchant App is in development; owners use the phone browser for the dashboard today.
How does it work with Facebook?
Put the shop link on the Facebook Page, a post, or Messenger auto-reply. Guests tap it, see the goods, and order.
Does a transfer get marked paid without me?
No. The guest uploads a slip. You check it and confirm payment. HetDee does not take the customer’s money.
Is my shop data safe?
Each shop is stored apart. The site uses HTTPS. The production database is dumped on the server before each release.
